22 Meeting rooms - In the heart of Bella Center
Located in the center of Bella Center, you’ll find 22 meeting rooms and auditoriums, most equipped with built-in AV and easy access to the main halls. Perfect for workshops, breakout sessions, and small conferences. Capacities range from intimate 8-person boardrooms to 200-seat theater setups.
Many of these rooms can be combined with movable walls. Adjacent balcony areas are ideal for coffee breaks, networking, or small-scale exhibitions.

AC Hotel Bella Sky – 26 modern meeting rooms
Directly connected to Bella Center, AC Hotel Bella Sky offers 26 bright, stylish meeting rooms with modern AV setups. Perfect for small meetings or VIP sessions, with several rooms that can be expanded using foldable walls. The largest room, Ballroom 180/181, accommodates up to 315 guests theater-style.

Flexible meeting rooms – 47 spaces adapted to your event
Our 40 meeting rooms in Hall B and 7 in Hall C offer ultimate flexibility. Capacities range from 72 to 2,416 participants, with soundproof walls and the option to combine multiple rooms for larger setups tailored to your exact requirements.

Custom-built meeting rooms – when scale and flexibility matter
Need even more meeting rooms? We have the experience and capacity. For AOM 2025, we built 70 custom rooms across Halls A, B, C, and D. For other large-scale events, we’ve created up to 300–500 small meeting spaces to meet complex needs.

Yes. You will be assigned a project manager and event coordinator who will guide you from the initial planning to execution and evaluation.
Yes. We offer professional AV solutions, network infrastructure, and on-site technical support. You may use your own suppliers if a Bella Center technician is present as a supervisor.
We can supply almost everything for your event:
Power, water, rigging
Stand construction and furniture
Signage and security
Cloakroom services
AV equipment and catering
For safety and operational reasons, power, rigging, security staff, and all food & beverage must be supplied by Bella Center.
All catering is handled by our Food & Beverage team, which has the exclusive right to supply and serve food and drinks. External catering is only allowed with prior written approval.
Yes, if you need a photographer or videographer for your event, you are very welcome to contact us at marketing@bellacenter.dk. We will be happy to refer you to our trusted partners.
