Whether you’re planning an exam, meeting, or conference, you get a solid foundation with everything from venue and technical setup to service and catering — ready to be tailored to your needs.

Exam Package

With an exam package, you get a complete solution for a successful exam day, with capacity for up to 1,285 students. The convenient location next to Bella Center Metro Station and ample parking facilities make it easy for everyone to get there. The package can be used as a turnkey solution or tailored to your needs with optional add-ons such as coffee and catering, additional signage, or dividing the venue into sections as required.

Conference Package

Step into a seamless conference experience where every detail is taken care of, from the first impression in the foyer to the final presentation in the auditorium. A professional AV setup creates a strong visual framework, while the foyer serves as a vibrant hub with flexible opportunities for atmosphere, networking, and branding. The Conference Package brings everything together in one solution and can be used as a complete turnkey package or enhanced with optional add-ons such as a reception, dinner, or evening event. This package includes AI-generated visualisations. The AI-generated images are clearly marked and are used to illustrate atmospheres, experiences, or concepts.

  • Lunch buffet: A selection of hot and cold dishes, including fresh salads, charcuterie, cheeses, and vegetarian options, alongside fish, meat, and hot vegetarian and vegan dishes. Concludes with a dessert selection featuring cakes or seasonal sweet treats.
  • Afternoon break: A selection of cakes, vegetable sticks with herb dip and organic chocolate truffles, served with chilled organic lemonade.
