Here you will find practical information about ordering services, delivering goods, and access during setup and teardown.
As an exhibitor, we ask you to read our exhibitor terms where you will find important information on ordering, delivery, access conditions, responsibilities, and rules for setup.
Setup and teardown times vary from event to event. You will receive information directly from the organizer or via the exhibitor manual for your event.
Note: Access requirements and badges for setup/teardown are determined by the organizer.
All exhibitors get access to the Bella Center Webshop, where you can easily order everything from furniture to AV and cleaning.
Login instructions are sent either by the organizer or from the event-specific email address.

It is possible to send goods directly to Bella Center. The exhibitor must be physically present to receive and sign for deliveries. If not, DSV will receive and store goods for a fee.

Invoices are sent from lasernet@bellacenter.dk.
Please remember to provide your VAT number (CVR) when ordering.
Orders must be placed no later than 4 weeks before the event to avoid extra fees.
Cancellation is not possible later than 21 days before the event.
Orders changed after invoicing will incur a fee of DKK 500 per invoice.
Staircase setups:
25% cancellation fee from 4 weeks prior
50% cancellation fee from 1 week prior
