Bella Center offers both event catering and public dining options, as well as a variety of restaurants and cafées nearby.
Yes. AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen is directly connected to Bella Center and offers modern facilities. Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers is also located nearby.
Safety
Yes. First-aid equipment and trained personnel are present during all events.
Emergency exits and alarms are clearly marked, and our staff is trained in evacuation procedures.
Yes. Please notify us of dietary requirements when ordering so our F&B team can make the necessary arrangements.

Yes, you can use BC_guest, which is free and requires no password.
Yes, all entrances are wheelchair-friendly, and elevators reach all levels.

Everything you need to know as an organizer
Yes. You will be assigned a project manager and event coordinator who will guide you from the initial planning to execution and evaluation.
Yes. We offer professional AV solutions, network infrastructure, and on-site technical support. You may use your own suppliers if a Bella Center technician is present as a supervisor.
We can supply almost everything for your event:
Power, water, rigging
Stand construction and furniture
Signage and security
Cloakroom services
AV equipment and catering
And many more!
For safety and operational reasons, power, rigging, security staff, and all food & beverage must be supplied by Bella Center.
All catering is handled by our Food & Beverage team, which has the exclusive right to supply and serve food and drinks. External catering is only allowed with prior written approval.

Everything you need to know as an exhibitor
Setup typically takes place 1–2 days before the event. Dismantling begins immediately after the event ends. Exact schedules are set by the organizer and listed in the technical guidelines.
We provide power, network, AV equipment, furniture, rigging, water, cleaning, and lift rentals. All can be ordered via our Exhibitor Webshop.
Yes, any services ordered via Bella Center will be ready at your stand, unless otherwise agreed.
Yes, regulations apply for stand height, fire approvals, and multi-level stands. Full guidelines.
Access is via the DSV gates. Always include stand number and contact info on shipments. See logistics map here.
Yes, unless the organizer specifies otherwise.
All food and beverage must be handled by Bella Center’s F&B team. Any external catering requires written approval.
Order directly in the Exhibitor Webshop for delivery to your stand. Some events also offer public cafés and take-away options.
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer, as stated on the invoice.
