Bella Center has many years of experience in holding events of all kinds. You are therefore always welcome to contact us with your needs and wishes. We do our best to find a solution to every challenge.

There are a number of practical services during events that are available to organisers, exhibitors and guests. If you have additional needs, you are naturally welcome to contact us at any time.

ATM
A standard ATM (Danske Bank) that accepts Dankort and credit cards and an automated currency exchange machine are located in Bella Center's foyer.

Cloakroom
There will typically be a cloakroom in the foyer during events; however, the cloakroom will be found in another location in connection with some events.

Copying Service
Bella Center's Copying Service is located in the foyer and can handle both large and small copying jobs in black and white or colour. Here you can also purchase some office supplies and send faxes.

Florist
The florist "Blomsterværkstedet" ["The Flower Workshop"] is located in the shopping centre. They specialise in fairs and conferences and will gladly assist you if you require flowers or plants for your stand or event. The florist also sells flowers to Bella Center visitors.

Grocer's shop/Kiosk
The shopping centre also features a well stocked grocer's shop. The grocer's shop is open from 09:00 - 15:30. An additional kiosk will often be found in the exhibition space in conection with fairs and exhibitions.

Handicap/Wheelchair Access
It is possible to borrow a wheelchair during events. Contact the information desk in the foyer. You can also see further information on Bella Center's handicap facilities here.

Information
The information desk and security desk are located in the foyer. Additional information desks will be setup according to need during events.

Internet PCs
Two PCs are found in the foyer for persons who wish to check their e-mail, or find information on the internet.

Post office
You will find the post office at the grocer's shop in the shopping centre. The post office is open from 09:00 - 15:30.
